I've recently stumbled upon something that inspires me so much I can barely contain myself. Meet Anna Willi-Highfield, sculptor and artist based in Sydney, Austrailia. {she's so cute...i die} Her paper sculptures of animals are incredible- I can't wait to take a shot at making some. She creates these sculptures from archival cotton paper, that is painted and then sewn together, to create the figure of an animal. I am particularly giddy over the owls! There's something so majestic about them. Makes me want to try some out on my own. I hope you enjoy them as much as I do. For more of her art go to www.annawilihighfield.com and check her out.
